I'm not from San Antonio, but visit often and while down there this summer on Vacation with the family. I finally had to finally visit the place "Everyone" calls the best hamburger place in Texas. It's been recommended on numerous occasions, but I always go to San Antonio for the great TEX-MEX food. This time I had to give a try and I have to say that I was more than surprised. This coming from a self proclaimed hamburger connoisseur, CHIS MADRID'S is surely a little bit of true Hamburger Heaven. It will be forever a place to visit when I come back to San Antonio. I highly recommend the Flaming Jalapeno w/ Cheddar “Macho” size.
